Thrash Appliance Repair is a service of Thrash Digital LLC, based in Alexandria, Louisiana (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or contact us for appliance repair, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you call, text, email or use the request form on this site, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, service address and details about your appliance. We use only what you choose to share.
- The request form. If you use the request form, the details you type (name, phone, optional email, appliance and description) are sent securely to our server and emailed to us through our email delivery provider, Resend. We use them only to respond to your request. If the form can’t send, it opens a draft email in your own email app instead, and nothing is sent until you press send.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may automatically process technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics tools or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and schedule service.
- To diagnose and repair your appliance, give you a quote and send you an invoice or receipt.
- To keep records of the work we do and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To keep this website secure and working properly.
Sharing your information
